§ 12.305. Filling vacancies.

Sec. 6-5. Any vacancy on the board shall be filled within thirty days from the date of the occurrence of such vacancy for the unexpired term by the appointing authority which appointed the member whose office became vacant. The members of the board shall continue to hold office after their terms have expired and until their successors have been appointed and qualified.
