§ 30.151. Installing, maintaining or repairing pipes, conduits, culverts; permit required.

Sec. 30-1. No person shall install or repair any pipe, conduit or culvert in the public streets, alleys or highways of the city, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Engineer.
