§ 30.206. Duty of property owner, occupant or lessee.

Sec. 6. The provisions of this Ordinance shall in no way abrogate the duties of an occupant, owner or lessee of property to remove snow or ice from the sidewalks contiguous to the premises of which he, she or it is the occupant, owner, or lessee, as provided by the Ordinances of the City of St. Clair Shores.
