§ 35.357. Inspection of restaurants.

Sec. 13-7. At least once every six months the health officer shall inspect every restaurant located in the city. The person operating the restaurant shall upon request of the health office permit access to all parts of the establishment and shall permit copying any or all records of food purchased.
