§ 40.003. Conflicting ordinances repealed.

Sec. 42-3. The standards of the Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Training Council are recognized as minimum standards and higher standards are recommended by the Training Council when qualified applicants are available. Any portion of any ordinance not meeting the minimum standards is hereby repealed, and any portion of any ordinance which meets the minimum standards, or exceeds those standards, shall remain in effect.
